The room was a nice size, the location was excellent central. I ate at a very nice restaurant with also excellent staff. The service was all in all very good. The experience was very very good and I will come back.

All in all everything was well-maintained, had an awesome stay during next visit. The location was marvellous and super to Gangnam station, right by a subway station.

really enjoyed my awesome stay at the price very good value. the standard double room was comfortable with soft beds. awesome and exceptional location close to the baseball stadium, met the criteria. had lunch/dinner at seorae seagull, which i found at a medium distance from the hotel.

Had a very good experience staying at the standard double room. I had a separate bedroom and a great view of city. The hotel was in a nice location close enough to cafes and shops and places to eat out and underground.

The room we had included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The bathroom was luxurious, it was nice to have a Jacuzzi. All the staff were affable, amicable. Central location really close to Insadong, nearby restaurants and eateries and train station, it was in a very lively area.

The hotel location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and a variety of cafes and shops nearby. The room was clean and had a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was a nice bonus. The lobby was posh and beautiful, making a good first impression.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the carpet in the room was wet, which was unpleasant.

Breakfast is very selfish.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely bathtub and comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and bars.

The hotel's location was good near Jamsil where the Lotte World malls are located. Superfriendly and amiable staff who were always there to help.

The hotel was quiet and had air-conditioned rooms. The location was excellent, as it was not too far from Jamsilsaenae subway station. The restaurant was conveniently located within 800 feet. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would love to return here in the future. It was a great stay.
